Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack your cue in its original protective tube and shipping box, ensuring all accessories and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the cue's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3 to 5 business days.
